sadgrl website layout builder! - a basic website layout builder (which i used to make the layout of this site!)
very helpful and easy to use/change around when using! also embedded with a bunch of other resources like this html cheatsheet!

w3schools! - filled with a bunch of guides to using things like css, javascript and html!

graphic collections/resources!

gigantic, useful, wonderful, laggy, blinkies/stamps/buttons/all of the above collections and resources for making/hosting them!

Y2K! this webmaster has massive collections of all of these types of graphics and is my personal favourite to look through! even if you don't need to spice up your site, their is just very cool to look through!
adrian's blinkie collection! - this is another HUGE graphics collection spanning blinkies, stamps, buttons and more! this site takes a little bit to load but it is so worth it!
geesusofsuburbia's blinkie collection! - this one is specifically just blinkies, and mostly contain blinkies that have to do with bands like mcr, evanescence and linkin park! not huge but really useful for those looking for graphics in that niche!

blinkies cafe is a classic, very easy to use, and wonderful way to make your own blinkies with premade templates!

plasticdino has a very expansive collection of blinkies, with smaller hoards of buttons and badges!
catbox! - a free online file hosting site which i use frequently to store gifs/stamps/blinkies/other graphics!
the blinkie hoard! - another blinkie collection site, with other types of graphics as well as a blinkie search engine!
silly rat stamps collection! - another HUGE graphics collection of all types but mainly stamps, another very fun one to look through, highly recommend for those into bands as well :D
alison and ref's resource carrd! - a carrd full of different kinds of graphics of all sizes! these are mainly meant to be used in other carrds, but the tiny ones are so fun to use as favicons if you're on the hunt for one!
